Getting Started

  • We begin with a conversation—no strings attached. We’ll talk about the causes you are passionate about, what you’re hoping to accomplish, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) in the past. If we agree we’re the right fit, we’ll put together a custom plan based on your goals, budget, and timeline.

  • First, we talk, either in person or by phone. We get to know you. Really know you. We have structured conversations that help us understand your values, goals, what makes you “you”, and what kind of legacy you want to build. We include your family, partner or agent, if that’s your wish. From there, we create your custom strategy and handle all the execution. You show up where it matters. We take care of the rest.

  • Professional athletes across all sports, plus sports agents who want the best for their clients. We also work with teams and leagues that need strategic guidance for their athletes, alumni, or community programs. Bottom line: if you’re in sports and you want to make a real impact, we can help.

We’re also experienced at bringing your charitable “brand” to life through activations and social media. Plus, we’ve been in your shoes—we know what it's like when everyone wants a piece of your time and attention. We understand the sports ecosystem—teams, agents, corporate partners, fans—so we’re always mindful of how to create more value for all with a thoughtful charity plan.

  • Yes. We have an extensive network of vetted nonprofit partners, and we're always identifying organizations doing incredible work that need more visibility. We’re matchmakers—connecting athletes with causes that align with their values and connecting nonprofits with the platform they need to expand their impact. Working with us, you’ll find that “Collaboration” is our middle name.

  • Discovery first. We learn about you, your values, and your goals to define your authentic charitable mission, one that aligns with your personal brand and gets you excited about creating your legacy outside of the game. We do the same for teams and leagues, with a deeper dive into understanding the stakeholders. 

    Then strategy. We map out the best path forward based on what you want to accomplish. 

    Finally, activation. We handle all the behind-the-scenes work while you show up where it matters most. Simple as that.

Working Together

  • That’s up to you. We design everything around your schedule and availability. Some clients want to be hands-on, while others prefer to show up for a few key moments throughout the year. We'll never ask for more time than you can give, and we'll make sure every minute counts.

  • Your philanthropic work becomes part of your story—the part that lasts long after your playing days are over. We help you authentically (and easily) define your mission, build community connections that strengthen your reputation, and create opportunities for meaningful partnerships. 

    We’re creative, too—truly top-notch social media content creators. But we’re not about publicity stunts. We’re about real impact that reflects who you truly are. 

    And let’s face it, if you genuinely want to make a difference and you do it wrong, the consequences to your personal brand can be ugly. We’re here to make sure you do it right.

  • Sometimes. We handle marketing, social media content creation, and brand definition work for your charity efforts, but not general marketing. When your charitable work needs promotion—fundraising campaigns, awareness efforts, community events—we handle that storytelling. We also have trusted partners for broader branding needs if that’s something you’re looking for.

  • We don’t run your personal or team accounts, but we help create content around your philanthropic work when it makes sense. Our job is to make sure your charitable efforts get the attention they deserve, while staying true to your voice and values. We are happy to create and manage charity social accounts for your philanthropic efforts.

  • We focus on charitable partnerships, but we’ve found that meaningful community work often opens doors to authentic brand partnerships. When companies see the real impact you’re making, those relationships tend to develop naturally. We are happy to work with you to help make that happen, and we have been known to generate corporate support for events and activations.

  • Yes! We’ve helped launch foundations, create signature community programs, and connect athletes with causes that have become central to their legacies. We’re happy to share specific examples during our initial conversation—always with client permission, of course.
