Connie Falcone has spent her career helping athletes and organizations make a real difference, without wasting time, money, or opportunity. She brings 30 years of experience across the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including Executive Director of Chicago Cubs Charities and President of Northwestern Memorial Healthcare’s philanthropic foundation. Connie has advised and activated charity work for athletes and sports leaders like Kyle Schwarber, Anthony Rizzo, Joe Maddon, Theo Epstein, Jon Lester and many more.
She understands what it takes to do good well: moving from ideas to strategy, aligning your giving with your values, and showing up in ways that are thoughtful, effective, and lasting.
With an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from Notre Dame, and a fellowship at Harvard, Connie combines deep philanthropic insight with legal and financial expertise. She founded Firefly to give athletes the trusted guidance they need to create meaningful impact in the ways that matter most to them.

Jeff Magee brings nearly 15 years of experience across sports, entertainment, and philanthropy. Before joining Firefly, he led player and alumni relations for the Chicago Cubs, helping athletes launch charitable initiatives and managing engagement efforts across Major League Baseball.
At Firefly, Jeff helps athletes and sports organizations turn their philanthropic goals into action, with expertise in social media content creation, nonprofit strategy, sponsorships, fundraising, and large-scale events. He’s helped produce everything from Schwarber’s Block Party and Heroes Go Hollywood to donor campaigns for UCONN and the Philadelphia Eagles. He also spent seven years on the board of Coming Up Rosies, supporting creative community engagement.
With a degree from Columbia College Chicago and a background in film and television, Jeff brings both creative insight and operational know-how to every project. His work is grounded in the conviction that sport can spark real and lasting change.

Megan Gausselin brings a passion for purpose-driven work and a strong foundation in Journalism and Public Relations from Indiana University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. With a lifelong enthusiasm for sports and a talent for clear, compelling storytelling, she helps shape Firefly’s voice across social media, digital strategy, and marketing initiatives.
Megan is known for her collaborative spirit, creativity, and thoughtful approach to every project. She is committed to ensuring each message not only reflects Firefly’s mission, but also amplifies the heart and impact behind the work. Whether she’s crafting content, supporting campaigns, or championing the stories of the athletes and philanthropic leaders Firefly works with, Megan strives to elevate the brand with authenticity and purpose.

Anna Carroll brings nearly a decade of experience in corporate partnerships and business development with the Chicago Cubs, Seattle Seahawks, and Banner Collective. At Firefly, she helps athletes and teams build meaningful connections with brands and communities, creating partnerships that make an impact and strengthen relationships.
With a background in sports broadcasting and a degree in Kinesiology and Telecommunications from Indiana University, Anna brings both creative and strategic perspective to her work. She’s passionate about helping athletes and organizations create partnerships that feel authentic, effective, and built to last.
